I really liked Agomelatine. It consistently gave me a warm and pleasant feeling every night I took it. For several years. I only took it 5 days a week, maybe that stopped tolerance. Definitely helped with anhedonia but not emotional numbness I think. This was just acute effects after taking the pill...

Has anybody tried Chaihu-jia-Longgu-Muli or Yueju pill? Sounds promising for depression. I feel like I have to mention that they both have significant, perhaps strong CYP3a4 inhibition. Hello Meso

I read you say that lithium could potentially reverse epigenetic changes done by weed. Could this be changes done 10 years ago in late adolescence like social and cognitive impairment and social anhedonia?

You must take the BCAA with either l-tyrosine or l-phenylalanine, otherwise you will deplete dopamine along with serotonin which might cause a depressed mood and fatigue.
