Congrats on your recovery - which of these helped most with sexual symptoms and why do you think it was that they helped? I think carnitine, nad+ and lecithin helped the most in pleasurable feelings, overall anhedonia and fatigue. I suggest it depends on at least D1 dopamine receptors in reward bra...
