Maybe its time to think about doing real science
Wonder what we might find if replicated https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12697037?fbclid=IwAR0liTWw5NGUNaldMieJUmYxENV_okwuBfVzyCVZsj83i3UkUIldrjisO-Q on PSSD sufferers and compared results. Wonder if there might be some answer to explain our anorgasmia. Too bad we find it impossible to organize ...

Re: Encountering Doctors (Rxisk, 18 March 2019)
I appreciate his ongoing help, but I think efforts could have been better spent on another topic. How did this add to our understanding of PSSD or utilize his position to help us with a treatment? His articles let me know Im not alone. I had been complaining about the symptoms of PSSD for years and...

Re: Encountering Doctors (Rxisk, 18 March 2019)
RxISK.org obsession with ion channels causing PSSD has literally gone nowhere Im sorry, no one likes to hear it, but we have done nothing but spin our wheels here as well. Look at the forums of late... rehashing the same shit that's been hashed over many times. We do not have a single promising tra...

Re: An antidepressant that is least likely worsen my neurologic symptoms?
Lamotrigine is what worked best for my panic/Anxiety disorder. Current cocktail I take is lamotrigine, mirtazapine, and abilify. It has not made PSSD better but it also has not harmed it in anyway. Lamotrigine returned my ability to dream (but not fantasies while awake.) Remeron helps a tiny bit......

Re: Anhedonia discord
Other can do what they want but personally I think the community already spread thin. Why add to another source what can be consolidated here? I refuse to allow PSSD to rule my life. People claim they are not depressed... ruminating on one thing is a damn good indicator to contrary. If spend all you...

I may strongly disagree on some your theories both in cause and treatment (though Im convinced your spot on with one.) But I applaud the approach and work your putting in Ghost. Sincerely hope this leads us closer to our goals

Re: Your reality and what I have to say.
Most people are on this forum because the psychosomatic approach hasn’t worked for them. Psychotherapy and psychosomatic therapy is what most doctors recommend (if they listen to you at all) and, to be honest, I find it quite annoying to be told that psychosomatic therapy is the answer to our probl...

Re: Has Weight lifting/exercise helped anyone’s PSSD?
I assumed most of us were pretty healthy, given it's hard to diagnose these types of symptoms when you aren't (since they can mimic issues brought on by being out of shape or depression symptoms). Well... First its hard to diagnose PSSD because it "doesn't exist" to current medical thinki...
