Sexual dysfunction and withdrawal symptoms are the main problems of SSRIs.

As many others, I’m fine and really feeling great with a SSRI (better with Paxil in my case), the anxiety (and other problems) has gone.

There are many possible solutions (temporary or permanent) but in case of people with anxiety (my case) dopaminergics should be avoided.

I agree that at starting, SSRI can improve sex life.

Every time I restart taking SSRI, normally low dose, I have more desire, easy full erections and better orgarms in first weeks. That will fade out after 4 weeks, when drug start taking it propose effect.

It’s all about neurotransmitters.
