high cortisol in people with pssd

I have very high cortisol and symptoms of cushings, I’m wondering is anyone else also has cortisol issues and what can cause this and how could we treat this? Is it epigenetic?

Thanks for sharing, I suspect I also have insulin resistance. May I ala if you know if OGTT is better at detecting insulin resistance than HOMA IR?

As well, does anyone have any idea why we may have this? Epigenetics? A downstream effect?

I did some blood work, I have estrogen dominance (high estrogen and low progesterone) as well as high prolactin and low FSH among other things…

anyways I want to know how can I lower the estrogen levels I’m worried about estrogen dominance… I’m female by the way

anyone developed thyroid issues after the onset of pssd? I developed it and I’m also “resistant” to thyroid medication. It doesn’t take my hypothyroidism symptoms away!
