I had taken 7,5mg mirtazapine for three months, after my first slight PSSD, to fight insomnia. It was already pretty sedative... and prosexual.

No, I took them only twice, for a few days, when I was a zombie due to lack of sleep.
I have been more or less around my baseline for some months, with hydroxyzine for sleep.

I would say... it's unclear :) In some cases, PSSD is a new set of symptoms that occurred upon withdrawal. That is the case for 37% of respondents here: https://www.pssdforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=3828). In some cases, PSSD is a set of symptoms that persists (even decreased) after withdrawal....
