I don’t really have sexual problems. My issue is I don’t feel anything (including sexually)

No, I took them only twice, for a few days, when I was a zombie due to lack of sleep.
I have been more or less around my baseline for some months, with hydroxyzine for sleep.

I would say... it's unclear :) In some cases, PSSD is a new set of symptoms that occurred upon withdrawal. That is the case for 37% of respondents here: https://www.pssdforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=3828). In some cases, PSSD is a set of symptoms that persists (even decreased) after withdrawal....

My report about antihistamine is rather self-contradictory: 1) I've lost my allergies since PSSD, so I should have low histamine 2) I had my best window (one good month) while taking hydroxyzine for sleep issues - but a) I was at my lowest point ever just before b) sleep improvement could explain ge...

IMHO, writing an Excel table about one's masturbation is enough to kill one's libido...
