Are there any possible explanations as to how some people can develop PSSD after very limited exposure to SRIs? How could they possibly do so much damage to some people after just a single dose or a few doses? It really doesn't make much sense to me.

Pretty sure I got PSSD from tramadol. I'm one of the very few cases. I don't think there is anyone on this forum with pssd from tramadol. But there is one case of a guy in England who has had it since 2015 after using it for 7 months.

I would avoid any antidepressant at all or anything with serotonergic action. Not many people claim to have gotten it from tramadol but I have. I know of two other people online who have also. Some guy in Britain got PSSD from 7 months of using tramadol.
