I can't cope with this awful condition. I have all symptoms, cognitive dysfunction, no emotions, no sexuality, no joy in anything, bad fatigue, no motivation. It's been 6,5 years for me.

I did read a study that said the mechanism of Citalopram was slightly different than the others so I assume Escitalopram is similar. Im not expert though.
