Re: Pssd acceptance and meditation

Yeah, thats exacly what I was trying to say - you wont recover from pssd by healthy lifestyle, it can only distract you from pssd-rumination. But it still will be there, and you will be as miserable as before but more healthy. Many people do not live a healthy lifestyle, take supplements or do yoga...

Re: Pssd acceptance and meditation

Wake up call. That's what it really was for me, and is that kind of wake up call on a day that you don't want to get up but you HAVE to, no other way. That's life. I've been already too long time inside this fucking PSSD trap to keep putting me down anyways. I don't accept it. And that's exactly wha...

Re: Pssd acceptance and meditation

Agree. Distress is not healthy. Than again - most longterm sufferes find peace in lifestyle changes or other religious bullshit just to cope with it but if you ask them about details about their symptoms, they are all still there. Any endocrinal medication can worsen sexual and body function. If you want to beat PSSD, would be better without meds

Re: Probably PSSD after Wellubutrin + Trazodone

Maybe Wellbutrin caused that kind of problem not Trazodone? I guess it can no doubts be the cause of it. Mine was Wellbutrin 150mg for 2 weeks probably. But don't exclude trazodone since it had taken others into PSSD too. My speculation is that maybe both of them did this, every drug can do it and ...

Re: Probably PSSD after Wellubutrin + Trazodone

I know its hard at the beginning, but the great news is that it's just the beginning and you can pretty much get fine over time in this stage. All you have to do is wait and don't void into despair and start trying bunch of things. The best you can do now is living healthy and give your body (and mi...
