Z-drugs shouldn't be a problem. Ambien/Sonata have very short half-lives. i prefer zopiclone, it has longer half live = longer sleep for me, after ambien i only sleept for the time of half live, i add up a mild antipsychotic, called dominal, thats best deal for me at moment... soon i will start add...

I see. How would you go about upregulating SERT? I have tried upregulating 5ht1a by using sjw for one week but i had to stop due to increased anhedonia and depression.
