Re: Libido doubled from diet
I have given up all grain except quinoa. I eat NO sugar at all and NO additives in any way in food. If the ingredients isn't pure then I don't eat it. My diet is good meat, veg, fish, eggs, yoghurt, oats and oatmilk, fresh herbs and very occasionally blueberry which is my only sugar. This has impro...

Re: Libido doubled from diet
Hi, great post How are you feeling now? I just quit sugar 4 days ago and my mood is low and sex drive very low. Do you suffer genital numbness? Did this improve? Also I see in your signature that you have muted emotions, has it helped that in any way?

Cryotherapy
Hi, can anyone see any problems with trying cryotherapy? It gets down to temperatures of -140c. Apparently helps raise dopamine levels and you come out absolutely buzzing. Could this affect someone negatively or positively with PSSD?

- Is more effective on demand (when needed, like 1-2h before sex)
- Works better on women
- Can be used as SSRI add-on
So it actually works taking on demand for sex? Is it low risk taken like that?

Hi Jazz, congrats, glad you’re feeling better and doing well how long did it take for sexual symptoms specifically to get better? Did you ever have genital numbness and did that also recover?

How would I replicate this without using alcohol? I want to live healthier but I want to get back to my 60-70%Area1255_2021 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 12, 2021 6:48 am Alcohol lowers serotonin. When you stop, you feel better because the GABA is downregulated; so you get a Glutamate/Dopamine burst.

Was alcohol helping my PSSD?
I stopped drinking 3 weeks ago and feel like I’ve gone from 50-75% good to 10-20%! I’m eating better, exercising more and sleeping better… yet my PSSD is worse. Does anyone know any reason why this would be? Is it just by chance things went worse or was the alcohol helping? It wasn’t when I was actu...
