Is going on a keto diet an option for you? It wouldn’t be risky and it could maybe help with refraction period

I took SJW for two years on a daily routine in between my first three years of SSRIs and the two pills Citalopram who gave me PSSD one year ago. The brand I used was Laif900 from bayer. I won’t take it. I had Corona in April, it was very mild. Same with 10 of my relatives. That’s why I don’t see a reason to take it in my case.
