Re: Temporary, semi-reversal of anhedonia with SJW Question
I think you are dependent on SSRI's which is causing a post acute withdrawal syndrome which explains why reinstatement was successful in eliminating your anhedonia and other symptoms. Saint Johns Wort is also an SSRI which is why this has the same effect on treating your dependency. This is much lik...

Re: Fluoxetine/Risperidone/olanzipine pssd
Did you experience muted orgasms after discontinuing fluoxetine? how long after discontinuing fluoxetine was it before you were put on risperidone?

Re: Cure attempt #2 (in-progress / initial findings)
Does your PSSD involve deralization/depersonalization and has DXM ndma antagonist withdrawal produced a rebound effect?

Re: Finities-infinities intro. Very strong enormous anhedonia.
Don't forget how good life was before the drugs when the derealization and the anhedonia brings you down, just remember that the way you see the world now is the result of a false artificial perception caused by a synthetic drug and that it is possible to figure out a way to reverse these hellish ch...

Re: infinityzer00000 Log
lukejimmy- Yes, that's why I wrote in this forum. Carbamazepine also has serotonergic effects as SRA, so its withdrawal symptoms may be similar. Even worse, I found research that says it acts as an HDAC inhibitor and increases allopregnanolone levels. Which would concur with my suspicion that SSRIs...

Re: Your reality and what I have to say.
The first thing you will feel and believe is that you are broken, which is true, you most certainly are. Whoa, chill lol. Lot of assumptions there. I don't weigh my worth as a person on my ability to have an orgasm. It bothers me, but I don't think I'm broken and there are more than a few of us who...

Re: Your reality and what I have to say.
I think that there is a valid theory here. SSRI acts as a catalyst to those with previous unaddressed trauma/traumatic agent in its own right. Shuts down the body in a way similar to what you see in some PTSD cases. Tackling the underlying trauma via a good psychotherapist will be the answer for so...

Re: My SSRI reinstatement experiment log
[Update 3] I noticed that my libido was permanently reduced by a little after each orgasm I have. The same experience is repeated here during this experiment: today I have less libido than yesterday, following 3 such intense orgasms. Other SSRIs weren't able to induce such drastically intense orgas...

Re: Finities-infinities intro. Very strong enormous anhedonia.
You still have hope that I do not have because if you truly know that Carbamazepine dependence is what is causing all of these symptoms then you might not have Post-Acute Withdrawal Syndrome and your withdrawal might not last as long as mine which has been 6 years (but Im not even sure it is a SSRI ...
