I believe it is a serotonin reuptake inhibitor. Not a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. I do know that it affects at least 44 different receptors plus the cpr6 ion channels. Don't know why u took Cymbalta. Duloxetine one of the worst ad with pssd. I got many different symptoms from it. Anorgasmia don't pass away in your case

Dopamine agonists will work as a temporarily boost for your libido and sensation but you’ll go back to your baseline PSSD not so long after.
