Re: Has your baseline seen any improvment?

Re: Has your baseline seen any improvment?
I went 2 years after effexor without being able to cry and never having sexual function. Now at three years, my anxiety is back, and I'm now to the point where I do cry again and feel actual depression, rather than the numbing nothingness. My libido comes and goes. Felt kindof like an underlying extreme emotional feeling that makes it easy to tweak out and argue, like built up resentment or something. Well, tonight I broke down and cried for a good ten minutes. This has been happenin...

Re: Morning Anxiety
You're fooling yourself if you believe it's permanent. That kindof mindset will only put you in that learned helplessness state of mind. There is hope for you, just be patient. And I'm not sure if meditation had anything to do with it tbh. I believe it has more to do with time. It took time for me t...

Re: Morning Anxiety
Just bring awareness to your breath while you're watching tv or playing games or whatever you do. Consciously allow your breath to slow down. Take deep diaphram breaths into your abdomen, holding for seven seconds, then let the breath out slowly. Notice your heart rythym drop. Now follow your breath...

Heart goes from.feeling rested to beating out of my chest accompanied with that stomach churning feeling.. Ears will start ringing out of nowhere. Once again medit...
