Sometimes I achieve up to maybe 75% of my old sexual function when I watch porn, but after that I get terrible brain fog that can last for several days. What does that mean, dopamine boost? But why don't Mucuna Pruriens or Cabergolin have the same effect on me then? It neither noticeably increases pleasure nor does it make brain fog.
(Don't get me wrong, of course, I most try to do without porn because I have read that people have taken months or years to recover from it, google your brain on porn)
Sometimes 75% at porn but terrible brain fog afterwards, what can that mean?

Also, people with anxiety disorders feel bad after orgasms.
I used to have increased anxiety and irritability.
some researchers hypothesize that it is because of the sudden drop of dopamine after orgasm on brain dopa-desensitized after abuse of porn, drugs, etc.

In fact, my testosterone dropped from 900 ng/l (early PSSD phase, beginning of 1018) to 200 ng/l in the last test (end of 2019) . However, I have tried many herbals that work on testosterone without success.
And it wouldn't explain my symptoms because my level was still high at the beginning of PSSD, it's just another symptom of this shit but not the cause.

Re: Sometimes 75% at porn but terrible brain fog afterwards, what can that mean?
I had very high anxiety before PSSD but no brain fog after porn. Now my anxiety is "cured" but therefore my libido is disappeared. I just need a medication that fix that again, sadly dopamine agonists don't work :/arahant wrote: ↑Wed Jul 29, 2020 11:57 pmTrazohell wrote: ↑Sun Jul 05, 2020 5:52 pm Sometimes I achieve up to maybe 75% of my old sexual function when I watch porn, but after that I get terrible brain fog that can last for several days.
