Ambien is the only thing I still can get some relief/uplifting mood effect from.
Is this a good thing? Could it mean my brain still works on the emotional blunting related neurotransmitters?
Since I found out I have PSSD I have been feeling pretty depressed and these past few days I managed to cry close to normal for the first time in months. It's just the negative emotions coming through, though.
Would it be a good idea to try bupropion as an attempt to bring the positive emotions back as well?
Even though this could mean (or not?) my recovery is progressing naturally I can't bear with the depression and anxiety, so I need an AD before I finally snap to the dark thoughts. The SD is still there.
Any opinions?
Do you still get high on Ambien?
