Primary symptoms:
Libido: 0% arousal response with visual and physical stimuli, soft glans, watery semen
Emotions: 0% emotional response
orgasm: intensity 3/10 compared to pre pssd
general anhedonia: 100% anticipatory and consumatory anhedonia, unable to derive enjoyment from any activity or thought. this leaves me mostly bed ridden as no motivation to do anything.
Other symptoms
sleep: I sleep for a normal amount of time but have lost the ability to feel sleepy, I just close my eyes and wait for my brain to shut off and then wake up in the morning with no sleep inertia or grogginess.
no response to caffeine, no pleasurable response to alcohol, lithium, anti anxiety meds.

Give us some background information. What ssri did you take and for how long? Did you develop symptoms while taking the drug or after? Do you have any other cognitive symptoms like fatigue, brain fog? It seems obvious to me you have a severe case.
