I just feel great next day after alkohol consumption. Any idea what giving similar effect without drinking every day ?

Perhaps sleeping 5 hours instead of 7-9 acutely gives a bit of similar sensation change for me.

Same me. Wondering why this happening after short sleep instead healthy 7-8 hours

I also have better sensation after I don’t sleep well.. strange 🤔
Last pill March 2019 - Citalopram for 7 years
Numbed penis and weak orgasm
Fatigue
Slightly blunted
Dizziness (this has improved a lot in the last 6 months)

There’s a topic, I can remember, someone explain that lack of sleep boost / improve dopamine.

It's short term though. Long term it can downregulate D2 receptor and mess the whole dopaminergic system. That's why complete sleep deprivation can even trigger psychosis and some hallucinations after a few days awake.
