I have PSSD for 2 years from lexapro.
I think my Last resort is trt, I am tired of stupid pills which make things worse.
What should be my next step?

Also, TRT might have given me a window where I could feel pleasure but it doesn’t do anything for PSSD long-term. And in my case I have very low testosterone.

How long did you do TRT. Did you include HCG, what was your protocol? I just started today, 120mg test cyp and 1000mg hcg / week.Brain food wrote: ↑Wed Dec 01, 2021 10:03 am Also, TRT might have given me a window where I could feel pleasure but it doesn’t do anything for PSSD long-term. I’ll have to look up how much testosterone I used per day. I looked up HCG but couldn’t figure out why I would include that. Is it just for women? The top articles I saw said that it was associated with pregnancy.
