Dark chocolate

Unread post by tonyareias »

I feel horny with some type of chocolate.
As I read on web, dark / raw chocolate are rich in arginine and boost dopamine.

Maybe it can help people with PSSD problems.

Chocolate has known anxiolytic and antidepressant properties (if you eat a lot of it!!)
Try magnesium supplementation and see what happens.

I'm an avid chocolate eater.
Could it be epicatechin? It may lower endothelin and there's possibly an interaction with membrane androgen receptor.
Values or epicatechin in chocolates

I put about 50g of dark chocolate in my shakes daily to gain weight. Doesn't help much with PSSD for me.
