with cialis the penis is very hard everywhere else, and it does not go away after 2 seconds without touching and/or moving body around in different positions

You can also try 100mg Viagra on an empty stomach
How is it going? Does 20mg cialis still working so good?

I don't use it often because i'm so socially inept and/or don't have motivation to get a girl, but when i do use it works just fine

I have not tried a daily dose of it at like 5-10mg but a daily dose of it would definetly be the key to functioning normally if was in some kind of relationship or something. I think the only way to tell if some treatment increases libido would be when combining it with a daily cialis dose. We need to make sure our nitric oxide system is working correctly to determine if our libido is ever increased

I encourage all of you to get a sleep study done, i have had non obstructive sleep apnea (meaning caused by neurological disorder where the brain does not signal chest diaphragm to work when sleeping meaning i stop breathing when sleeping for like 10 seconds about 15-50 times an hour!!) this is severe and i have no doubt most of you will have this without even realising. When you have sleep apnea it depletes all of your nitric oxide where you don't even get morning erections and can't maintain erection because of it, there are multiple studies of the suppression of nitric oxide in sleep apnea sufferers. There could also be a link between this and anhedonia because our brain is maybe inflamed or not properly rested or something due to so many arousals and oxygen depletion while sleeping, your brain is meant to recover while sleeping, instead mine just gets starved of oxygen and fucked on by "mid sleep arousals" so it's kind of in a brain damage state, but it's not brain damage because when sleep deprived it gets better. But after every sleep i wake up with a "heavy" feeling in my brain, like im weighed down by something, and lack of emotions etc. I really do think it's sleep related to some extent.

Is sleep apnea linked to pssd in any way or is that something you suffer from indepedently? I have tried taking large doses of l-arginine, it didn't have an effect so I'm not sure I have NO problems
21, male, extreme pssd for four years
Tried inositol (slight improvements) cialis (very limited improvements) yohimbine (slight improvements) maca root (no effect) bacopa monieri (no effect) estradiol-17b (pronounced improvement in all areas of sexuality)

Let's please take any further discussion about treatment options to a new thread in the treatment section and keep this thread focused on individuals that have recovered.

I had trouble maintaining erections before i took an SSRI, my sleep apnea started when i was 16-17 and i would wake up from sleeping paralysed for like 20 seconds, but i would still jerk off every day and was horny as all hell, and i do not remember having any anhedonia symptoms and could enjoy things and have a full set of emotions

After taking the SSRI masturbation freq went down from 1-2 times a day to like maybe once a week if lucky, and emotions went dulled and a heavy feeling in my brain

Surprisingly if i take a 20mg of Cialis i jerk off every 3-4 hours, but the hornyness is definitely not the same and still missing, but it's much much better with the nitric oxide system working correctly

please try a 20mg Cialis and tell us what happens during the next 2 days after taking it?

I've taken cialis before, only 5mg iirc. It helped me get a bit harder with physical stimulation, but I still could not get hard from anything psychological

Yes, it does. I like this thread. It's so important to know success stories.
