I'd love to go and think it would be helpful, so yes. I don't have the money to go myself for a long period of time. It's more if people think this is an actual problem and would want me to go and check out how to treat it, similar to how I checked out Dr. G.

I think it's high time we opened a public donations account - can anyone help with doing this? getting Ghost to the PF clinic should be easy-peasy. :) In general, I think it would be best if every member donated 10% (or more) of their income to a collective savings account. We can move ahead much more quickly this way! I say we raise the money for Ghost to visit the PF clinic first and then move straight onto raising money for Dr. Goldstein. With that being said, we could always arrange to vote for whichever avenue we'd like to see our money allotted to first.

Yes, I agree. I can cut down the costs so that I only need $4,000.

If anyone has PF symptoms and wants me to spend the week trying to figure this out, I would be very glad to do so. I'd use it to add to my site and would even meet with people after to show them/talk to them about the techniques.

I think this is the only way to cross off the pelvic floor as a culprit. Someone needs to go there.

I'll make a more formal post later, but for now, if you want to donate anything to get me to the PF specialist, send it to the following paypal address:

paypal.me/PSSD

Cheers and thanks everyone.

I went to pelvic floor clinic. The therapist did a biofeedback measurement also felt the tension in pelvic floor. My pelvic muscle was perfectly fine . So i do not think that this was a problem.

Here seems to be a good protocol I'm going to start. I don't think Pelvic Floor was the source of issues, but I think it's quite possible that PSSD created tension that led to some degree of pelvic floor tension, which in turn has created a barrier towards recovery. I say this because some of my symptoms like hard flaccid didn't exist in my first year of PSSD, and my erections have got worse despite my anhedonia improving.
PSSD Since March 2016 after 4 weeks on Sertraline
Conditioned worsened and peaked in April, since then possibly seen a 20% improvement
Would be useful for data collection if people could add their histories in their signature

This is all very interesting. I never had a problem on meds. Going off meds has been hell - I can’t poop without laxatives and I can’t eat without feeling sick. To me it’s like the nerves are all messed up - in reality it may be that my pelvic floor is messed up.

Back in the day while on meds I would occasionally ejaculate while pooping - my muscles are probably so tight that pooping provided a “release”. I will look into this all.

What about penis pumps? Accourding to some researches it enhences the narrowed blood vessels if applied as it is instructed but all of them says it needs further research. Has anybody tried that?

DCT - Dynamic Contraction Technique - Google it - Its resistance stretching - you can also youtube resistance stretching videos for free. Uptown Mike is one on youtube that is also decent. But regular static stretching is not going to fix hard flaccid or pelvic floor dysfunction. Lookup "Greg HF" on youtube be does an excellent job of describing why traditional methods can provide temporary relief but don't address the underlying problem.
