But it’s not supposed to do anything on 5ht1? Only mentions 5ht3 and weakly. I took one 150mg dose

Look up bupropion and 5ht1a. It also blocks effects of psychedelics so it has effect on 5ht2 to. And that’s after only 3 days of treatment. It’s a horror drug in my opinion. Possibly the worst one of them all.

Ok yeah looking it up there is a study that shows that. So a single dose desensitized 5ht1a? How long before it should return? It’s been two days since the dose.

So what can resensitize it? An agonist? Time? If it always does this should it return to baseline?

Is this drug designed to where 5ht is supposed to go back to normal when stopped? So it desensitizes when on the drug and returns when stopped? This definitely made me worse. What should I do? Give it time? Try an agonist or antagonist? At a loss..

The times I attempted to take it took me about 2/3 weeks to get back to baseline.
You could use Shijalit to lower extracelular setotonin so the receptors have room to recover.
