some electric circuit dysregulations might be involved, not sure if NMDA activity has something to do with it, but I feel continous electrical zaps in one particular part of the brain(probably striatum) after taking some meds or supplements. I literally feel electrical transmission happening. PQQ was potent enough to trigger those electrical brain sensations, so i can assume it passing BBB.

I never thought about NMDA enhancing except for d-aspartic acid in the past. If you have sort of restlessness (I don't know to what extent) I would think about omega 3 fatty acids, resveratrol, other things.
And in fact I mentioned cayenne pepper could be the reason. But I did it in quite an extreme manner.
