Yes, for me it does. It also gives me more libido. I have PSSD since 13 months now and I was very lethargic the first 12 months. I went jogging maybe for 15 minutes, that was all. Three weeks ago I started running for one hour straight. Afterwards I had more libido, better orgasm and less numbness. Motivated through that event I now go running 3-4 times a week. The last year I read about 3-4 people on this forum who reported the positive influence of long distance jogging on their PSSD. And in my case I can confirm that. I am still far away from pre PSSD but I have the feeling I am heading in the right direction. Besides the positive sexual effect, jogging helps A LOT with my PSSD related depression. The sports makes it much more easy to accept what I am experiencing right now.
That’s good to hear! If anything at least jogging a few days a week would lift mood, I might give it a go myself but it will take me a while to get to an hour
Go for it! You will definitely feel better after some sports. Let me know if it also helps some symptoms
Hi Leb

Are you still running? Is it still helping? What percentage of pre PSSD does it bring you to? 🙂

Hey,

The effect vanished unfortunately. But still jogging helps me to cope with pssd. Sorry that I can’t report something better.

Cheers
