Re: Genital numbness and muted orgasm?
One hour of jogging, 3-4 times a week helps me with that, also with libido and overall well being

Re: Genital numbness and muted orgasm?
it does not for me
Re: Genital numbness and muted orgasm?
Yes, for me it does. It also gives me more libido. I have PSSD since 13 months now and I was very lethargic the first 12 months. I went jogging maybe for 15 minutes, that was all. Three weeks ago I started running for one hour straight. Afterwards I had more libido, better orgasm and less numbness. Motivated through that event I now go running 3-4 times a week. The last year I read about 3-4 people on this forum who reported the positive influence of long distance jogging on their PSSD. And in my case I can confirm that. I am still far away from pre PSSD but I have the feeling I am heading in the right direction. Besides the positive sexual effect, jogging helps A LOT with my PSSD related depression. The sports makes it much more easy to accept what I am experiencing right now.

That’s good to hear! If anything at least jogging a few days a week would lift mood, I might give it a go myself but it will take me a while to get to an hourLeb89 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 1:55 pmYes, for me it does. Go for it! You will definitely feel better after some sports. Let me know if it also helps some symptomsJP1985 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 2:42 pmThat’s good to hear!
