I got my microbiome test results:
So my Prevotella is 40 times higher then Rnage. I googled it and it hints to chronic inflamation desease. This would also maybe explain my very high ANA of 1:3200.

Any thoughts?

So for example I have only 3/7 neuroactive microbiotika. The others are zero.

Then I have out of range Values of

Euryarchaeota

Ternericutes

Methanobacteria high (inline with pos sibo test)

Bityrivibrio (super high)

Enterococcus (zero)

I've looked at Prevotella and noted that it could be related to periodontitis which in turn is associated many times with ED and could be autoimmune.

Should I then not suffer from severe periodontist as well? I had some periodontitis which was treated by the dentist. But could this be the cause of my really severe ed? I was more thinking of an auto immune reaction where autoimmune antibodies target g protein cells like dopamine and serotonin receptors…

I don't know, doctors have more success in dentistry than in more delicate aspects of health.
Did you ever have any signs of thrombocytopenia? https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/d ... ocytopenia
SSRIs are linked to that. Also https://www.bloodresearch.or.kr/journal ... 2&vmd=Full&

Interesting. I also had a very good window when I got covid. I couldn't understand why.
I don't know my lab values, though.
What could we do about it, if it's an auto-immune disease? I think barely anything, unfortunately.

OMMMMMMGGGG this is incredible. These antibodies can cause the equivalent of small fiber neuropathy I believe. Stop the reaction, restore us back to normal. Omg bro

Yes exactly. So here are symtoms of SFN when you google it:

a tingling or prickling sensation ✅

hypersensitivity to touch and temperature changes ❌

numbness in the feet, legs, or lower stomach ✅ (if lower stomach could be genitals)

bladder control issues ✅

constipation ✅ (also had before pssd)

sexual dysfunction ✅

excessive or infrequent sweating ✅

skin discoloration ✅ (my genitals are white now)

dry eyes and mouth❌

extremely low blood pressure that may cause fainting ❌

rapid or irregular heartbeat ✅ (checkt two times into hospital because I thought I was having a heart attack)

Well I think this could be a unique form of SFN. Your results indicate an active immune reaction. I would assume based off people who experience windows that if we stop the reaction we could feel so much better or cured. Shit, an immune response to nerves throughout your brain and body can easily cause every symptom we experience
