Perspective change: Are PSSD symptoms caused by an AD-induced autoimmune disease?

This is for hypothesis and even educated speculation.

That was one my first thoughts when I got it, since I got ulcerative colitis a few days after developing PSSD (got PSSD on my 3rd day of venlafaxine and started shitting blood on the 14th day, after which I quit)
PSSD 3-2018, at28.
Effexor for 14 days total (PSSD on 3rd day).
Developed Ulcerative Colitis shortly thereafter.
PSSD start: intense tingling and penis went flaccid.
ED, numbness, little to no libido. Few weak morning woods.

It may very well be an Autoimmune disease activated by the SSRI.

The big question is, if we keep the disease under control, will the PSSD go away?

I'm mostly cured from my accutante induced IBS(pre PSSD)
the things that worked were high dose metformin XR(part of a regimen from meso)
candesartan was wonderful also(made instantly able to eat food again while on it)

and then i decided to try telmisartan

my idea was that if candesartan works acutely so well for inflammation and if that involved NMDA receptors then telmisartan should make it stick due to their inverse selectivity on AT1/AT2

I'm taking nystatin this week and I'm going to order some more so I can continue to take it orally but also as an enema. It might sound crazy, but it's relatively safe so...nothing to lose. Thanks for bringing this topic and research together
why nystatin
