Laboratory rats and/or mice.

I firmly believe that PSSD is fully reversible. It's just a matter of time until a cure is found, although that cure won't be universal. There are many subtypes of PSSD, each sharing a 'core' pathway while deviating peripherally according to each person's genetic vulnerabilities.

Check out the recap section.

You have to promise me that you will follow my advice to the letter. Your condition is severe, so you require extensive therapy and we have to be very careful. Taking drugs or supplements randomly or PRN will just make things worse. Do you have the willpower and fortitude for this?

Well done, Mesolimbo.

I never got the chance to write this before, so thank you for all the good you've brought us here at the forum. Godspeed on your research!

If you find out the drug combo that cures PSSD will you be able to produce your own drug? And one more question (maybe i'm to much into conspiracy theories). If you show how much damage SSRI does to brain, won't the pharmaceutical companies
want to close the laboratory or smthg ?

Thanks for your support, everyone!

A lot of people are putting their faith in me and hope on the upcoming experiments. I will do my utmost and work hard on this project and to keep this as transparent as possible.

For this I will provide patrons/donators with:
- Weekly reports on progress.
- Monthly financial reports.
- Occasional videos of the laboratory posted on youtube.

First we have to determine a working model for PSSD. Scientists are using rats exposed to SSRIs in the uterus. I find this model inaccurate for PSSD, as serotonin is known to alter brain development. Finding a model for SSRIs on an already-developed brain is more accurate. For this, rats exposed to SSRIs during adolescence would be the better option.

I doubt that a single drug combo would work for all subtypes of PSSD. I reckon there will be different combos inducing permanent benefits for different types of PSSD. That said, it's really too early to come to any conclusion.

And also you don't forget about carbamazepine in rats! This drug is dangerous ( like benzos).
