Research group doing survey to find out PSSD prevalence among population of ex antidepressant users

There is a research charity called P.A.S.T (Prescription Support Awareness Team) that is trying to do a survey on ex antidepressant users attempting to find out how prevalent PSSD is within the population. This is the website of the charity and their Twitter and Facebook posts of the survey:

Hopefully they will be able to spread the survey effectively, or anyone here can help them to do so, there are plenty of mental health charities and research organisations out there...

Meh, I've filled it in, but the polling method seems trash and sharing it here is hardly ethical. If their goal was to find the prevalence of PSSD among the population of ex AD users, this is not the way to go about it.

This. The sampling method is INSANELY biased by sampling from a forum where all users have major sexual dysfunction from SSRIs.

The survey design was extremely poor too.

Take a class in research methodologies, please.

The results would truly be interesting if it was replicated with a strong survey and a representative sample.
