Fluoxetine/Risperidone/olanzipine pssd
Hi, I took fluoxetine for a year until coming off of it Spring of 2019. I had a psychosis and was in a psych ward so they put me on Risperidone and I noticed I couldn't even orgasm. Then they switched me to olanzipine and slowly over a few months I came to a baseline where things were better but I still had premature ejaculation, muted orgasms, less libido and my erections shrunk by an inch. I've since switched from olanzipine to vraylar.
I got hormones checked out two months ago and my testosterone was low and prolactin very high. It would seem that if this was a cause the pssd would have lifted since I've been off olanzipine for two months now but it hasn't.
How do I figure out what subtype of pssd I have? I tried catuaba bark with no changes. I'm planning to try maca, inositol, and berberine. I'm worried about my libido and penile shrinkage.

Since you still take something, it greatly complicates things. There is probably something you could try, but I don't know what, it's a very special problem to try to combine medication with anything to attenuate side-effects... Vitamins are probably recommended or at least tolerated for you anyway, so might be Omega 3 fatty-acids.
However if you ever taper off everything, I would start by giving Bacopa Monnieri Extract a shot, for at least a week or a week and a half. At first it didn't work for me, maybe because I was taking too much or because it did need more time then, or I was mixing it with too many other things, but now I find it my main go-to for improving most symptoms rather quickly, which appear to radiate out from sensitivity towards libido and erection quality as well (the other way around I did not find so effective). Bacopa is also a standard supplement or nootropic for effectively improving or rebuilding NMDA- or glutamate-function, which is an important element in the whole problem, so it's really no surprise if it's useful.
When you take it, don't take anything else, or at least not in the same half-day, and distinguish times from taking it from when you have also taken something else, and try to find out if they interact in any way.
But since you still take medication, I'm not sure if you should try anything right away.

But risperidone is very strong NMDA activator. D2 receptors inhibit NMDA activation and blockade this receptor strong activate NMDA receptor and release glutamate/acetylcholine.

Did you experience muted orgasms after discontinuing fluoxetine? how long after discontinuing fluoxetine was it before you were put on risperidone?

Yeah, the thing is I probably have to take antipsychotics for life so there won't be a time when I'm off of meds.

I figured out what may have caused my penile atrophy. I took mushroom powder supplements for many months in 2019 (shiitake, reishi, and agaricus blazei) all known to decrease the body's dht levels. So I'm seeing a good solution for atrophy is to take Cialis, green tea extract, and n acetyl cysteine. But, to directly increase dht creatine loading, sorghum, and supplements like butea superba are the best ideas.
