Hello everybody,
Actually I am from Nepal. So please forgive me for my crappy English...I was going through tough time and couldn’t handle the anxiety so I decided to give lexapro a shot..it helped me tremendously..But after around 9 months of use, I tried to taper it off..I was on 10 mg..my Pssd( I guess what I am experiencing is PSSD) showed up when I started lowering the dose..now I am off lexapro and i am suffering from erectile Dysfunction..I am still having withdrawals..brain zaps once in a while..but hopeless ness and low energy due to sexual dysfunction..while doing some googling I came across few articles about how lexapro cause Nitrix Oxide deficiency..its very hard to find citruline or arginine here in Nepal so I tried pre work out with citruline And arginine..it gave me energy and erection (40% around ). I came across an interview where the doctor said that once we are deficient in Nitric Oxide, arginine and citruline alone cannot help as nitric oxide has very short life..

He was talking about supplement called Neo40..
I was wondering if anyone has tried it..I am trying to get my hands on it ..
Once again sorry for my broken English

Interesting Reddit post. I hope the results last for him.
If it's strictly a nitric oxide booster, I understand how it could benefit ED, but not the libido issues and cognitive issues that were described in the aforementioned thread.
Perhaps it has other mechanisms of action that have yet to be elucidated.
It would be interesting to see more people try this.

Re: neo40
This looks like marketing for a product.
Re: neo40
I agree. It makes no sense. As naiverat said, boosting nitric oxide should help ED, but has nothing to do with low libido. Besides, Cialis (Tadalafil) is prescribed for exactly that reason. He makes it sound like boosting nitric oxide is something someone just came up with as a solution.
Re: neo40
I tried this, and it seems to make my sensitivity worse.. may help with time but too worried to keep taking it.

Re: neo40
Just a few days which is why I say maybe it could work? But I noticed after taking it my sensitivity does seem worse. It returns after a couple of days of not taking it
Re: neo40
Has anyone else tried NEO40 (nitric oxide) specifically? it is currently the first attempt that I would make, but where I live I risk the customs fees or not to receive it. I could fall back on other brands, but if I understood correctly NEO40 would be the most "original" one
thank you for every REAL experience that is reported

Re: neo40
Well I just ordered it. Will report back in this thread my experience. I have been taking L-Citruilline for months now without much benefit, so I hope this can at least help with erections, although as previously stated it makes no sense that it can help with libido, which is a brain issue.anacleta wrote: ↑Wed Aug 26, 2020 3:30 am Has anyone else tried NEO40 (nitric oxide) specifically? it is currently the first attempt that I would make, but where I live I risk the customs fees or not to receive it.
