I guess I'm getting better over time
Re: I guess I'm getting better over time
Good to hear PLZNO, glad you're doing better. Good luck in the army. Might do good for you, getting your mind off of this etc.
Fully recovered
Took 4 years to fully recover
Don't ever take ADs again, people
Just be patience
Progress was very slow REALLY REALLY SLOW
I believe consistent physical activity helped me to recover faster
I spent lots of time in the gym doing bodybuilding and I guess it helped me a little... but no matter what you do the only cure is time
4 years later I'm in great shape and clear mind for the first time in my life
I suggest you to find your sport you'd enjoy
This forum helped me to go through my tough days so I wanted to say thank you for all of you

It would be good done if u gave us a brief of ur symptoms. nothing to offend no one but all these words without any specification feels like just another self help book like many recoveries.

Congratulations, very happy for you. I remember your thread being one of the first I saw when I joined the forum!
For those asking, there are some symptoms listed earlier in the thread.

Re: I guess I'm getting better over time
Hey PLZNO
so good to hear that you finally recovered.
We both got pssd at around the same time I remember .
I’m still stuck with severe symptoms and very little improvement. I even stopped coming to the forum for no one here ever made much progress and that made me anxious.
But it’s great that you’ve recovered , live your life to the fullest buddy. You’re one of the luckiest ones out here.
