I remember you said that a little dose of progesterone made you feel alot worse, right?
Looking at the Raypeat's forum's logic, this would mean that the clomid protocol would suit you! Are you ordering this stuff online or is your GP on board?

While Clomid appears pretty safe it is better to discuss its dosage with your doc. High doses have adverse effects on endocrine system. The safe dose would be half the tablet for a week or ten days & then discontinue it for next five days. Continue it in this cycle for a month.

This is exactly where the grey zone appears, as the original protocol says high dosage of clomid is needed, to gradually decrease in 3-4 weeks

Clomid is tricky. It was intended for women but was found to improve male infertility as well. However, continued high doses can increase testosterone beyond normal-high, which can then reduce sperm count instead of improving it. You need to keep it balanced. Increase to full dosage (50mg once nightly) only after ensuring that your hormones can sustain it. Therefore, it is better to start at 25mg for ten days & off for five days. Some suggest 25 days on & 5 days off. If you take first route have your blood test after two cycles (i.e. 30 days). In the second case have it done after 1st cycle. Also have a sperm test before & after clomid usage, just to be on safe side.

There are some who also suggest 100mg for 10 days per month, but only after either of the above cycles have been sustained.

Clomid will also raise your Estrogen so be careful with that.
