How much of a role do you think nerves play?

I know it is hard to accept the idea that PSSD is caused in the body, not primarily the brain but in my case it is making more and more sense. I never believed this for the first few years. IMO it is more logical that PSSD is in the spinal and or genital nerves, because THERE IS NO ONE AREA in the brain that houses sexuality; therefore it seems unlikely to me that damage to the brain would be the cause.

I think nerves rigidity is also playing major role because while writing in college my hands get jam many a times where others in a classroom not when lecture speak too fast which has to be written and also a dribbling of urine was my major issue which is related to rigidity of penile musculsce and hence erection.

I have had all of those nerves tested at the neurology department in a specialist hospital and everything came back normal.
