As far as Prog. Should this be blocked or supplemented?
Get blood work done, if Prog is high you can use an Antagonist which are really "partial agonists" if you read the literature.
Doxazosin 4mg per day is what you want for Adrenaline issues etc...
Or Prazosin if you have performance anxiety or other adrenaline issues...
DOXAZOSIN is what I use bc I don't personally have Anxiety issues but am prone to peripheral adrenaline conversion.
But if you have an Anxiety disorder than Prazosin is an alpha-blocker with HIGH CNS PENETRATION so it has potent ANTI-ANXIETY/ANTI-PTSD effects!
...Prazosin is actually studied for PTSD victims/patients!

My progesterone test was a 0.4ng/ml on a scale of 0.0-0.2. Most here seem to have elevated prog but the there doesn't seem to be a standardized ng/ml, especially for men. I've seen all the way up to 10ng/ml listed as "normal"

I don't think Viagra or other similar drugs will help but may only help intermittently. Any one have any ideas?
This post might interest you if you have problems with nitric oxide and adrenergic control ...

Also, have you tried agmatine and l-norvaline? They both play a role in Nitric Oxide but I do not know if they are involved in Nitric Oxide signaling of the brain.

I keep wondering why people even make such posts. "Any one have any ideas?" How about you actually explain your idea that you started the thread for. If people weren't so cagey and cryptic all the time, and alternately rambling about who knows what personal feelings, maybe we'd be a step further now... (Applies to pretty much the whole internet.)

I had a ella one ge and divided into 4 parts. For 4 days I have everything as before pssd. No more deafness, super erection and super orgasm feelings. I think I will take something to increase progesterone?

Why do you think to increase progesterone? (Progesterone cream would be an obvious solution)
Also, what happened to Ibogaine?

Apperantly, SERT and iNOS connected each other. As far as I remember, Area treated his PSSD with berberine which upregulates SERT. Also this may answer why curcumin worsened me.

I also believe nitric oxide is part of PSSD. I found some research suggesting citalopram lowers NO production, which may be part of the problem.

In addition to all of the sexual symptoms, another thing that came along with PSSD was low workout potential. My muscles would fatigue very quickly, seemingly more quickly than everyone else. After some research, I noticed that this is a symptoms of low NO; along with weak erections, depressed mood, and fatigue. I have tried NO supplementation with a lot of success. I have much less fatigue, and way better erections. I feel more desire! and, I have twice the endurance in my workouts.

You can get direct NO supplements, or l-arginine/l-citruline.
