Hello Guys, i found this interesting article on propeciahelp, it is about finasteride and dopaminergic system. It doesn't specifically relate to PSSD but i think that something is in common (until the contrary will be proved, we can't exclude it) among the two syndromes.

Dopaminergic system could be involved, nucleus accumbens is the center of pleasure when dopamine is released into it.
