Crash, why?

My baseline pssd has worsened for three months, I do not understand why, I do not take anything new, I have not changed my diet or lifestyle, how is it possible that it went from 60/70% to 10/20%?
What devilry is this?

Pssd since 2015.

Hi had great inprovements slowly. I was like 70 percent recovered 6 montsh ago. Could havr sex 2 times a day. Was getting morning wood everyday almost although my balls were still smaller. Then pssd has become worse . No windows anymore . I think it all started when i drank a glass of beer 6 months ago . Unbelievable . Now i lose erection during sex and no morning wood at all

I haven't windows since more 3 months, and in generally my pssd has gone from 70% to 10/20%.
I always drink the same things, I do the same life, I do not understand absolutely, it's a hell the pssd.
