After 1 month of sexual disfunction, I tried Vortioxetine on dosage of 5mg with 300mg of valproate for just 5 days. . I had better erection (almost 100%), but after orgasm, it faded away and the next day, i was unable to arouse.
I stopped it after 5 days because read about people that worsned on it.
I'm thinking about try it again.

Before 5htp, i took Paroxetine for almost 6 years, without any sexual disfunction. I wonder if i take it again at very low dosage (1 or 2 mg/day) is safe or a suicide...

I have very low hormones levels (free T, DHEA-s) and I can't tollerate phisical exercise. Every time I try train myself, even light training, i crash, and my muscles hurts like I'm injured.

I have also prostatitis symptoms.

My case is very similar to most severe PFS cases.

I got pssd due to fluoxetine.After 10 months going through pssd l decided to take fluvoxamine bcoz of anxiety created by it.I started it with 25 mg per day nd after 2-3 months it was 200 mg per day...then I started to rapper but quickly..after stopping it with in 1 week I recovered from pssd 80 percent nd ofcourse the anhedonia due to fluvoxamine..but sadly I couldn't settle nd had to take fluoxetine bcoz of severe withdrawals...now I hv stopped fluoxetine again but.. going through pssd nd anhedonia from last 10 month

Mesolimbo, I highly doubt that it depended on a factor other than the excess of serotonin. My case is an example. I never had any problems with Paroxetine until I got 5-htp. Immediately after taking it, I had the PSSD. 5-htp increase the amount of serotonin in the brain.

I have also taken a ssri for 10 days.
a friend of the german group is at 80 percent by fluvoxamine.
I had the first 4 days of the drug night erection and morning erection tormented.
the sex was great and my cock was not small and withdrawn the whole time. I got erection only when I looked at my wife. I noticed everything about the sex and it was not deaf anymore.
now it's kind of backfiring.
the colleague still has his successes he has made from zero libido to 80 percent.
I will take the drug now only every 3 days maybe that the mirror does not build up too high and the body gets used to it.
I hope that it will be like in the first 5 days.

This is going to be my first day on Venlafaxine. I'm back to baseline and feeling like crap. I'll be taking 75 mg and see how that feels like, I'll report back tomorrow or the day after.
