Cracks on glans?

Anyone else has semi-deep cracks on their glans? Mine is located to the upper part of the glans at its bottom half as viewed from above and that place has even less sensitivity than locations adjacent to it which have a smooth appearance (For example the skin around the urethra or the tip of the "tip")

I am fairly sure I did not have this prior to my duloxetine exposure and subsequent problems from it. I also never injured (as far as visible and felt inflammation goes, cant feel the unfelt or unseen) that part of the penis. They appeared out of the blue. I am worried that the sensitivity there might be gone even more than the rest of the glans due to actual structural damage of some kind.

Searched the web and could find no relevant data. I rely on you guys to shed any light.

Deep cracks, like a small injury? I did had it, the reason is because i have to beat my dick harder in order to orgasm due to numbness, therebefore the cracks, Aint big deal

Yep, I've had them. Moisturising daily restored the skin to a healthier-looking state. I think a loss of androgen receptor function is likely the culprit, but I'm not too sure.

Hi, I had this and it is quite alarming! Also had dry flakey skin on part of the shaft.

I used E45 emollient shower cream for washing and occasionally E45 cream to rub in after washing.

No nasty ingredients.

Problem cleared after a few weeks.

Keep your glans dry, specially keep it away from Urine and your cracks will solve.
