PSSD Symptoms (Official Thread)
Re: Those who have erection problem
similar for me, in certain positions it gets much better, "bent down" like you said improves things quite a lot
Re: Those who have erection problem
Thanks for info! I ask the others if they can try out and let us know, it could be important clue
Re: Those who have erection problem
if I bend it down, my erection will be even weaker

Maybe that has something to do with pelvic muscles.
Re: Those who have erection problem
I think this is natural. Even before PSSD my erection strenght could differ a bit depending on the position.

Re: PSSD Symptoms (Official Thread)
Does anyone else notice that lack of sleep makes it worse? I feel so much more numb if I get less than 7 hours of sleep.

Does anyone else here have better erectile function upon waking up from a good night's sleep but some minutes later it gets much worse as if something was "switched off" again?
Trazodone, 25 pills (50/100/150mg), April '19, quit cold turkey
Improved significantly in 3 years. Greatest improvements came within the first year and a half. Still suffering from mild PSSD.

Showers causing brain fog
Hey there people.
This may sound ridiculous. I notice that when i take long hot showers, my brain fog and derealization get much worse. So much that i noticed and made the link. I asked in my groupsapp if others also experienced this and they did. Now I wonder. Who else on the forum notices this, or can maybe next time when showering pay attention to this. Any theories (inbefore psychosomatic)?
