Hello everyone, I call Lucas and I'm Brazilian. Use sertraline for 2 ½ years, when you start to experience low libido and a surreal increase in anxiety. Today I stopped 1 month ago, libido has improved but the anxiety seems to have worsened a lot. Does anyone know any good remedy for anxiety that does not cause pssd? I don't want to use ssri and snri. However, then I know of pregabalin and benzodiazepines. can anybody help me?

I would recommend Buspar (Buspirone). It has no negative sexual side effects and it made a huge difference for me in terms of my anxiety.
