Lions Mane

Unread post by Naczoz »

So it seems that Lions Mane can increase BDNF that may help with PSSD but on the other hand there are some rumors about lowering sexdrive due to 5ari properties.

Anybody got experience with this mushroom?

Have you really registered on this forum to post pointless, waste of time posts like this as your first post? Don't clutter this place up - get yourself to Reddit unless you have something vaguely intelligent to contribute,

Also interested in these (as well as cordyceps) for cognitive issues. There is a popular stack created by a mycologist named Paul Stamets that combines a microdose of psilocybin (.1g dry mushroom) with lion's mane (5g) and niacin (100mg) that caught my attention.

Could be good for psychological symptoms if nothing else. Pretty mixed results on reddit as far as lion's mane alone. Any chance on these causing a crash?

Edit. It looks like another user @sufferingfromssri was trying this a few years back, and goes more in depth with the explanation. No update on how it went for him though from what I can see.
