He's right though. PE should not happen with pssd
Does anyone know what causes PSSD fatigue?
Re: Does anyone know what causes PSSD fatigue?
Yes it does. There are several anecdotes of people with pssd developing PE, when they never had that problem before SSRIs. There's also this paper that lists it as a possible persistent symptom following SSRI use. Don't educate people in something you're ignorant about please. https://www.karger.com/Article/FullText/506868
Re: Does anyone know what causes PSSD fatigue?
At minimum counterintuitive, a drug that numbs a lot of people, delay orgasms, kills libido, but making someone exploding cum in few minutes. Just because someone claimed a symptom afer quiting a drug, and it was put on a publication, Which is basically a statistical summary of medical records, it's still a counterintuitive claim. I wish I had PE after 150mg/day of Sertraline, but even fapping with porn had become nearly impossible to cum.

And just because you think it's counterintuitive doesn't mean it isn't real. It's also counterintuitive to think that a medication used for treating anxiety/depression will give you permanent sexual symptoms, don't you think? Moreover, were talking about symptoms following treatment, the implications are different than when you're still taking the drug and experiencing delayed orgasms. Also, you clearly don't understand what PE is if you think it's some ideal symptom. If it's ideal, why does treatment exist for it? Because it's not fun having "exploding cum" 1 min after penetration. Stop gaslighting people and inform yourself better.
Re: Does anyone know what causes PSSD fatigue?
Just get a condition with a prevalence of 30% among men, then if it happened after quitting a drug used to reduce sensitivity and delay orgasms in people with PE (off label),and boom, PSSD symptom.Savash wrote: ↑Sat Dec 05, 2020 6:18 pm And just because you think it's counterintuitive doesn't mean it isn't real. A common condition like that can be correlated with anything. Even after quitting coconut oil.

And so can something like Erectile Dysfunction which also affects a large amount of men. Does that mean it can't be attributed to pssd? Maybe your pssd symptoms came from coconut oil too? How can we know, these sexual symptoms can be correlated with anything after all
Re: Does anyone know what causes PSSD fatigue?
ED by reducing sensitivity using a drug like SSRIs which numbs, kills libido, makes a lot of sense. But saying PE on SSRI is like saying it increased the sensitivity. Where are people who got awesome sexual sensitivity and libido on SSRis?Savash wrote: ↑Sat Dec 05, 2020 6:29 pm And so can something like Erectile Dysfunction which also affects a large amount of men. Does the PE worsened if reinstate the SSRI for long term?.

Re: Does anyone know what causes PSSD fatigue?
Again, we are talking about symptoms following ssri use and not during ssri use. Many people have also reported increased libido during ssri use, and yet could develop pssd once the drug is stopped. Symptoms during use, and permanent symptoms following use aren't aren't always the same. Many people also had no symptoms while they were taking ssris, yet developed pssd once they stopped.
And here's another paper demonstrating the possibility of PE following citalopram use.

The cure for delayed ejaculation was found. Take a drug that numbs all sexual sensations, quit and pray for PSSD increased sensitivity and premature ejaculation.Savash wrote: ↑Sat Dec 05, 2020 6:42 pm Again, we are talking about symptoms following ssri use and not during ssri use.
