Pelvic floor tension- penis and testicals shrinkage

This seems a common symptom and so far could not find anything that helps. Alpha blockers help but their side effects are annoying. Anyone found something to help with this?

Man I feel your pain. I have had it for almost two years. It doesn’t hang right, draws up like it’s cold, I think it is what effect sensation, and yeah balls shrinking up tight is uncomfortable. It’s like the smooth muscle never relaxes. I didn’t even know alpha blockers help. What are the side effects?

Yeah my pelvic feels very tight and I have bad constipation. It is like I have very strong muscle ton in the pelvic area keeping everything tight. Alpha blockers make me dizzy and really tired

Yeah I usually have constipation as well and feel tight in the pelvic area. Cialis helps some but not a lot.

Yeah it is high tone pelvic muscles. Not really sure what will help. Hope someone will share some ideas. There must be a reason for this high tone

I only had soft glans, shrinkage in flaccid and less hard erections. After masturbating s few Times in a row my erection got shorter and thinner. Seems Tonne a permanent Crash. Ist because in severe cases Like Mine too much orgasm lesde to too mich Serotonin in the brain which further reduces Serotonin receptors and worsens all Symptoms. I am also more numb emotionally.
