A tip for those who don't want to get close to ssri/snri but still suffer from depression/anxiety and seek some help.
Saffron (around 30mg/day) and curcumin (500-1000mg/day) are as effective as antidepressants. There are a number of studies showing this, you can look it up.
There is evidence that saffron can even help with libido. Curcumin also appears to increase testosterone.
Even if it doesn't improve PSSD, it can help with mental health. But the benefits mainly appear after 4 weeks, as the main hypothesis is that the improvement of depression by these herbs is by decreasing brain inflammation.
