yeah sjw is a dirty supplement for sure.
It is more a (natural) drug than a supplement (supplements would be things we eat everyday, like vitamins, wouldn't they?).
I would say SJW is a good antidepressant
If we all had taken SJW instead of SSRIs, I guess this forum wouldn't exist. But drugs are "dirtier" than supplements, for sure.
And now that we are here, SJW doesn't look like the safest AD.
But rhodiola seems interesting, especially since the positive effects dont disappear after a few days (or at least in some of the cases now).
I am more and more convinced the windows on drugs happen this way:
1) drug kicks-in and you have first effects (good or bad - if they are bad most people stop)
2) body adapts to drug first effects ~1 month later and you have "definitive" effect (if they are "less good" than first effects, you call it a "window")
This is what I experienced in my trials.
So it's a bit early regarding rhodiola for me
