I have a pssd where I am left with is only sexual symptoms after 4 yrs off meds. The problem is, I rarely get morning erections or spontaneous erections but when I do lot of foreplay with my wife I am erect enough to have sex. I take cialis 5 mg daily. I rarely get hard to porn or anything but by getting physical with wife I can have sex. Soft penis and ejaculation has improved to an acceptable level though it isn't great.
