Many people tested positive for SFN recently and i think nerve damage plays some role in PSSD. As we know B-vitamins play role in nerves regeneration. I personaly found thiamine is the most effective and doctors also often prescribe it for neuropathy but b-complex worked for me too. Some people from anhedonia groups also improved on thiamine alone too.
If you boost your metabolism up with thyroid med thus improving blood flow/blood circulation with addition of thiamine/b-vitamins you increase chances for your body to repair nerves because of better blood perfusion from thyroid med and high vitamin supply. It worked for my anhedonia/emotional blunting/libido and gave me window.
If you check anecdotes below people either crush or improve from b vitamins. So there is some weird reaction of the body to b vitamins specifically.
OMG if b12 is taken orally people crush but if they inject b12 they improved! USE INJECTIONS!

"Well I don't want to claim a cure by any mean. BUT this is the 2nd injection I get of Vitamin B12(Cobalamin) and here are the results:
-Medium increase in sex drive
-Erection slightly better
-Subtle but significant burst of energy
-Significant decrease in anxiety"

Important note:
Please read all anecdotes. There are 11 anecdotes of different people in different time and that's a lot.
PEOPLE CURED IF INJECTED B VITAMINS
OR CRUSHED IF TOOK ORALLY
In case if b vitamin was curative probably some regeneration happened in the body?

I have taken B12 orally and injection. Neither made any difference.

This guy from success story also took methylfolate and many people here for some reason are deficient in folic acid. Worth trying.
Weird. 4 people and all are deficient.

Strange I have severe pssd with high folate blood levels and I'm super sensitive to b vitamins. I've tried inositol and niacin. Both worsen my extreme insomnia and tinnitus. Research also shows SSRIs methylate the serotonin transporter. Overmethylation symptoms are similar to PSSD symptoms too.
